Mobility

Type of mobility: Clinical practice related to the study of Medicine

Mobility period: Winter semester 2025/2026 (duration 2 months = 60 days, in the period from October-November-December 2025 – the exact date will be determined together with the selected students and the Dean).

Available places: One (1)

Information for students:

• must be at least the fourth year of an integrated cycle of Medicine studies in Serbian or English,

• the application can be submitted by a student of the Faculty of Medicine Foča from any country,

• the student applying must be aware of the additional costs in the visa application situation (some countries of the world., European countries do not need to apply for a visa unless the Romanian embassy explicitly requires it),

Scholarship

Selected participants will receive Erasmus financial support. One or each participant receives:

(€800-850) x 2 months (for living expenses)

€275 (for travel expenses)

Note:

The Erasmus+ scholarship usually does not cover all mobility costs, but only represents a financial contribution. If your mobility is approved, you will have to cover the initial costs, such as travel, accommodation and others, yourself in advance. The scholarship is paid upon arrival at the destination.

The faculty committee will evaluate and select the most successful applications.

The criteria for evaluating applications are in accordance with Article 10 of the University’s Regulations on International Student Exchange, paragraph (7):

average grade during studies, number of exams passed, knowledge of a foreign language, motivation, student biography and other criteria for exchange.

Scoring will be done as follows:

Grade point average:

9.5 – 10 = 40 points

9.0 ‐ 9.4 = 35 points

8.5 ‐ 8.9 = 30 points

8.1 ‐ 8.4 = 25 points

7.5 ‐ 8.0 = 20 points

7.0 ‐ 7.4 = 15 points

6.5 ‐ 6.9 = 10 points

6.0 ‐ 6.4 = 5 points

Number of passed exams:

44 – 52 exams = 30 points

36 – 43 exams = 25 points

27 – 35 exams = 20 points

18 – 26 exams = 15 points

Number of realized mobilities:

0 = 20 points

1 = 10 points

2 and more = 5 points

Knowledge of a foreign language, which can be proven by passing by exam:

C2 = 5 points

C1 = 4 points

B2 = 3 points

B1 = 2 points

Technical appearance and completeness of the application, Quality of expression in a foreign language/interview:

5 points

Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to an interview/online at a later date.

Incomplete and untimely applications will not be considered.
