Mobility Details

Type of Mobility: Clinical practice related to Medical studies

Mobility Period: Winter semester 2026/2027 (duration: 2 months = 60 days, during the period of October-November-December 2026 – the exact date will be determined together with the selected students).

Available Places: Four (4) in total:

  1. Two (2) for Medicine students studying in Serbian, and
  2. Two (2) for Medicine students studying in English.

Information for Students:

  • Students must be at least in their fourth year of the integrated Medical studies cycle (Serbian or English program) at the time of the mobility.
  • Students from the Faculty of Medicine Foča from any country may apply.
  • Applicants must be aware of additional costs regarding visa applications (citizens of certain countries must apply for a visa, while European countries generally do not need one unless specifically requested by the Romanian embassy).
  • The student must have an active (enrolled) status at the time of the mobility implementation

Scholarship

Selected participants will receive Erasmus financial support, which includes:

Approximately €800-850 per month (for living expenses and accommodation) for 2 months.

Approximately €275 for travel costs

Note: The Erasmus+ scholarship usually acts as a financial contribution and may not cover all costs. If approved, you must cover initial costs (visa, travel, accommodation) upfront; the scholarship is paid upon arrival at the destination.

The faculty committee will evaluate and select the most successful applications. Candidates will be ranked according to the list of criteria, and then they will attend an interview that will be held at the faculty premises at a time to be announced later.

The criteria for evaluating applications are in accordance with Article 10 of the University’s Regulations on International Student Exchange, paragraph (7):

average grade during studies, number of exams passed, knowledge of a foreign language, motivation, student biography and other criteria for exchange.

Scoring will be done as follows:

Grade point average:

9.5 – 10 = 40 points

9.0 ‐ 9.4 = 35 points

8.5 ‐ 8.9 = 30 points

8.1 ‐ 8.4 = 25 points

7.5 ‐ 8.0 = 20 points

7.0 ‐ 7.4 = 15 points

6.5 ‐ 6.9 = 10 points

6.0 ‐ 6.4 = 5 points

Number of passed exams:

44 – 52 exams = 30 points

36 – 43 exams = 25 points

27 – 35 exams = 20 points

18 – 26 exams = 15 points

Number of realized mobilities:

0 = 25 points

1 = 10 points

2 and more = 5 points

Knowledge of the English language, which is proven by a passed exam/ certificate:

C2 = 5 points

C1 = 4 points

B2 = 3 points

B1 = 2 points

Technical appearance and completeness of the application, Quality of expression in a foreign language/interview:

1-5 points

Number of past unsuccessful attempts to apply for a visa for the purpose of mobility:

1 failed attempt = – 20 points

2 failed attempts = – 40 points

* others who failed try with ordinal numbers, – 60, – 80, etc.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview/online at a later date.

Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
